2.5 Sole Invoice makes no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Services. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output.

2.6 We will provide you with a way to access, correct, or delete any personal information that we have collected and store on our systems. This does not apply to personal information held by third parties, such as our payment processor (e.g. Stripe) or other service providers you may interact with through our platform. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. An administrative fee may be charged for access to or correction of your personal information, and we will notify you of any such fee before processing your request.

2.7 For subscribed users, we retain account and invoice data for a minimum of two years, even if the subscription is paused or cancelled. If a subscribed user later recommences their account, their previously stored data will still be available. However, we do not guarantee the retention of any data for trial users, and such data may be deleted at any time without notice.

3. Payments

3.1 Some features of the Services may require payment. If you choose to use these features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as specified at the time of purchase.

3.2 All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees and payment terms at any time, but any changes will not affect fees already paid.

Every invoice generated through our Services is the responsibility of the user, and we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the invoices.

5.3 Sole Invoice does not verify, validate, or guarantee the legitimacy, accuracy, or enforceability of any invoice generated through the Services. The existence of a generated invoice does not constitute proof of any actual debt or obligation. All invoices are created and issued at the sole discretion of the user, and Sole Invoice accepts no responsibility or liability for the content, accuracy, or consequences of any invoice, including any disputes arising between parties.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the Services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sole Invoice disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, non-interference or protection against data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Indemnification

7.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sole Invoice, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

8.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Service Providers

9.1 We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services ('Service Providers'), provide the Services on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Services are used. We may share a limited amout of your data with these Service Providers to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
